Add Base Crm
I really wish you could add Base Crm to your integrations list as this would really complete this service for me. right now I'm on the trial but all ur staff use the base crm and haven't added them as we are still exploring other options to fully sync our customer services.

Allow users to subscribe to forum updates
A customer has a group of folks that visit his site and give feedback. However, they only get feedback when they are notified there is a new idea to give feedback on (more of a collaboration tool really).
Allowing users to subscribe to specific forums where new ideas are posted would greatly help in this case.

Invite users to a private forum via API
I see that you can create/update users through the API, but I do not see a means of inviting non-existing users to a private forum.
Use case:
Company has a non-public forum for product suggestions. Clients are often sent invitations to this private forum if they have not been given access yet.

Allow users to recommend which suggestions should be merged together
On our board there are many duplicate ideas suggested. We have an admin who can manually merge them, but users don't know that and frequently simply leave comments on the new idea saying "vote here instead!" Allowing users to flag a possible dupe (ideally with a link) would bring them to our admins attention and reduce the duplication of effort.

Add ideas through email
Almost the same way the ticket support system works. Send an email to an email address and it automatically gets added as an idea. Not sure why something so simple hasn't been implemented yet?

Integration with Asana
Asana is THE most awesome task management tool for teams.
Prioritized product features in Asana could be added to ZenRep automatically, allowing users to vote, discuss, and get updates on them.
Tickets could be posted and managed from Asana, where our team manages everything from product management, google docs, business planning, fund raising, idea boxes and a list far too long to mention here!

Add a "test" mode when first setting up your account.
Stripe.com does this really well. They have a test mode so that on dev and staging environments all feedback is logged in a 'test' set instead of the live production set of records.
A set up like this is ideal because then your analytics and list of users aren't skewed from testing and set up.

Integrate with Rally
Integrate with Rally so that ZenRep messages can be promoted to Rally backlog. Keep ZenRep and Rally backlog item synchronized bidirectionally.

Sort ideas by status into a de-facto roadmap
Here's the idea:
The first page a user sees when visiting a ZenRep page isn't a list of ideas that may or may not have been accepted by the administrators sorted by vote, what they see instead is this:
Ideas that have been started, then
Ideas that have been accepted, then
Ideas that are under review, then
Ideas that have been completedThen on a completely separate page: Ideas sorted descending by votes that are not completed, accepted, under review, started, or declined (basically an upcoming ideas list).
You know what I'd call this? A public facing roadmap without ETA…

Be able to use system-defined fields when creating a condition for a rule
Right now if you're creating a condition for a rule, you can choose from the custom fields you've set up. However, you can't choose a system defined field.
For example, when a user submits a ticket via the Widget it includes a "Referrer" URL. However, you can't set a condition for the rule around that the referrer URL.
It would be great if admins could create rules around that system defined data like referrer URL or IP address.

Be able to use Service Hooks with a specific Forum
For example, right now with the Yammer integration, you have to push all ideas across all Forums. It would be great if you could choose a specific forum when using Service Hooks to push data.

Create a widget template that can be used with multiple forums.
We have multiple forums each with their own customized widget. It would be nice if we could create a single widget template that can be used for all forums.

Be able to import multiple comments with messages
Right now you can import messages, and even the users who sent the messages, but there's no way to import comments. However, comments are part of the discussion, and you need to be able to add them too.

Reports for end-users
When groups of users meet, they sometimes would like to review what has been submitted offline. Provide the ability for a user to apply a filter to ideas, and to then print a nicely formatted PDF report of that grouping.

Support HTML formatting in forum welcome message
Right now the Forum welcome message only supports textile formatting. It would be great if it support HTML formatting, like the site welcome message does.

Don't allow SSO users to override their email and password
Being on our SSO implementation, we see a major problem with the
ability for users to change their passwords and email addresses while in ZenRep. This gives
the user the impression that they have changed their emails and password in our system as

Connectwise Connector
I own an MSP (Managed Service Provider) and it would be nice to see some integration with Connectwise for limiting access to the website and to setup custom notifications and SSO.

Ability to preview custom design, html and css changes before displaying them publicly
A customer would like the option to not publicly display custom design changes until he has finished them. With that said, a save but don't publish option would be great as well as a preview option.
