  2. Merging ideas is fantastic but to have the idea merged as a comment isn't so good.

    Ideally, the merge should allow for a Parent/Child relationship i.e. both ideas continue as individual ideas rather than a comment of the other.

  6. Is it possible to add an attribute to make the widget popover dismissible if the user clicks outside the content in the popover (e.g. anywhere else on the webpage)? Something like they do with the bootstrap popover: http://getbootstrap.com/javascript/#popovers.

  8. There is a character restriction on idea titles. When you create an idea with too long of a title in the sidebar, we return an error, but it isn't clear why

    This error should say something about the character limit.

  9. Better support for managing users. It doesn't make sense to have multiple users spread out across different forums. I would like to see ONE list of all forum users and admins and control their access from one page.

  13. When a support person is viewing a topic on the website, allow them to quickly add customers to a message. The message that they are viewing should be automatically selected in the sidebar 'add user' form.

  15. When I merge suggestion A into suggestion B, the comments from suggestion A are copied into suggestion B - but any status updates from suggestion A are not.

    Sometimes there's useful stuff in the old status update, such as troubleshooting steps to see if the symptoms match a known issue or not. So it's nice to be able to access those old status messages to copy-paste from them, for example.

  19. Thank you for providing login with Google and facebook.
    However, it's a bit bizarre to be providing feedback on Microsoft products and discover that you can't login with a Microsoft ID.
    Please could you include Microsoft ID login as an option.

  20. Allow notes to be private to the ZenRep teams using the tool, and not display on the customer responses.

    Allow articles to be per account as well as share. That would make it so much simpler to keep track of your own quick replies.
