Moderation settings should be applied at the forum level
I love the addition of moderation to ZenRep...if you have multiple forums, you may need different moderation needs per forum, so I think they should be applied at the forum level and not at the total accout level

Allow custom fields for messages
When receiving messages we need to have more than just the title and description. Other fields, such as associated budget, problem analysis, etc. would be useful. The administrator would also need to define the field type, if its required, and validation patterns.

Automatically translate content to create multilingual topics
Instead of creating separate topics for each language, automatically translate content into each user’s own language. This would help prevent duplicate messages across different topics.

Allow end-users to set frequency of email notifications
Users should be able to select how often they receive email notifications on ideas they have created or voted on. This could range from summaries once a day - once a week OR an email every time someone comments/replies to a suggestion you are subscribed to. This is useful when the suggestions being submitted need to be answered sooner than later.

Add separate email for invoices
I'd like to be able to add a separate email address for invoices. Currently I have to forward the invoice emails to our finance people to reconcile the credit card, and would prefer just to have those invoices sent directly to them rather than my inbox as the Admin.

Allow me to see my activity for all ZenRep powered sites
It would be nice if clicking on my profile link (as me, I hasten to add) would show me a list of all those instances so I can swap between them, or see all of the topics I am engaged with.
I mean, there's single-sign-on, right? It certainly sounds like this thing is multi-tenanted, and I think it would be nice for cross-over to happen...

Allow simple formatting / markup for content (italics, etc.)
Currently there's no way to even mark a word as bold or italic. Well, I guess you could make it ALL-CAPS (lame) or put something around it, but somehow both of those just seem somehow kludgey... I hate gratuitous colors and font-size changes as much as the next guy, but SOME formatting actually helps communicate better. How about adding support for at least some very simple markup like Markdown or Textile...?

Allow users to edit their own submissions and comments
As long as no one has commented on my newly-created topic yet, I should be able to...
(1) change the title/description without restriction... if, say, 5 minutes later I think of a better one or spot a typo in it or whatever...
(2) completely delete it, no questions asked, if, say, I realize right after posting it that it was lame, or I find out it's a duplicate or whatever...
