Better user management
Better support for managing users. It doesn't make sense to have multiple users spread out across different forums. I would like to see ONE list of all forum users and admins and control their access from one page.

In System Admin view, allow users to filter or search by user account
We are often trying to locate a full list of all the items that a user has sent in. The view in the user management console is very cumbersome, so we would like to be able to filter in the message management view by user.

Improve the merge experiene for admins
The current search experience when merging topics is really hard to navigate. Would be great to have the ability to navigate topics by categories, sort by popularity, and do what I can do from the regular UI, while merging.
Also, would like to be able to add a comment while merging to explain to the users why the topics where merged.4 votesWhen merging messages in ZenRep, you can now filter and sort the list of messages to help you find the right one more quickly. You can also combine a search with any filter during merge or when browsing the main messages list.
We have not yet added the ability to write a note when merging, so we’ll leave this suggestion open for that.

remember email selection when doing a merge/updating status/etc
Remember the previously selected email address per option for an admin. So I do not always have to select my option when doing an item that will notify subscribers.

View content of messages sent to subscribers
After I send a message to subscribers, I am unable to see the content of the message I sent them to refer back to. I like using the ZenRep interface to do this to get analytics, however when following up I am disappointed that I cannot refer back to the text of my message.

Edit comments
As an admin, I can edit status updates but I cannot edit regular comments. Editing comments is just as useful.
Ideally, regular users should be able to edit their own comments as well (at least for a set amount of time after they were posted).

Be able to set individual ideas to a "read only" state
Sometimes admins have old ideas that they don't want to remove from the forum. They still want users to be able to view the idea, but they don't votes OR comments on the ideas.
One reason they want to keep these ideas intact is to keep the users happy, foster a healthy relationship, and maintain confidence in the ZenRep forum.

Keep log of status updates after merging suggestions
When I merge suggestion A into suggestion B, the comments from suggestion A are copied into suggestion B - but any status updates from suggestion A are not.
Sometimes there's useful stuff in the old status update, such as troubleshooting steps to see if the symptoms match a known issue or not. So it's nice to be able to access those old status messages to copy-paste from them, for example.

Display KB articles in search when in a forum
When searching a particular forum, include KB results as well to make a similar search experience.

Articles to be per user
Allow notes to be private to the ZenRep teams using the tool, and not display on the customer responses.
Allow articles to be per account as well as share. That would make it so much simpler to keep track of your own quick replies.

Decrease the effort to create a saved view
Make it quicker to create a saved view. It currently takes too many clicks to decide what I want to see, find and add the label to those ideas and then save the view

Mobile Responsiveness!!!! Can't use your site on my phone at all and such a pain when I don't have access to desktop or wifi!
