Allow custom fields for messages

When receiving messages we need to have more than just the title and description. Other fields, such as associated budget, problem analysis, etc. would be useful. The administrator would also need to define the field type, if its required, and validation patterns.

    Custom fields for in-app feedback but not from the Ideas portal???? Come-on, we need to give our users a way to give us some structured feedback from our portal. Please!!!!

    Really??!
    We need a way to add emoticons MOD evaluators, and NOT useless 1-10 scales!
