Change status in end user view
Wanted function in private forums.
As an admin to be able to change status in end user view without accessing admin console. This is of course only enabled if you are an admin.2 votes -
Lock tickets to a rep
I work on regular customer tickets and tickets requesting Setup Calls. It would be nice if there were some way to "lock" the setup calls so that when I go off duty, any customer comments for that ticket stay in my box instead of being reassigned to the Unassigned folder.

One step canned response
- I often used canned responses. It would be preferable if I could do that in one click: "Reply with canned responses".
- Often I answer a number of messages with the same response. It would be nice to select them all and then type one response.

Edit comments
As an admin, I can edit status updates but I cannot edit regular comments. Editing comments is just as useful.
Ideally, regular users should be able to edit their own comments as well (at least for a set amount of time after they were posted).

Choose Display Name Depending on UserVoice Site
Some admins use the same login when they are acting as customers on other ZenRep accounts, but on the account they are admins under, they need to identify themselves as being from a certain organization.

Use serial numbers to track queries
Allow for feedback users to include a serial number of their product so it can be investigated by reviewing production records, rather than needing further questions.

"@" Functionality to Notify Specific Admins or Users of Notes or Comments
We would like to be able when writing notes (in the admin console) to notify other product managers of something that may affect them or they need to be aware of.
When responding to comments (in the end user console) we would like to be able to notify specific users that we have addressed their question or issue.
By using the @ followed by the user email, this should send them a specific email notifying them that something is important to them. This also would help us reduce noise of how many emails administrators currently receive.7 votes -
Allow us to get satisfaction ratings at the topic level
Satisfaction and NPS is great for overall satisfaction but it would be nice to get some topic specific satisfaction prompts to users

Slack Filters
Slack - Ability to direct Forums requests with specific Slack chat rooms. My main feedback is that we want notifications to be richer per-forum. This service integration, for example, is across ALL of the forums.

"Category" link in admin comment notification emails does not actually link to the category
When end-users elect to get notified of admin comments on ideas they support, they get a notification email which includes links to the idea, the forum, and the category (if applicable).
The link which is titled "category name" does not link to the category in question, instead it links to hot ideas on the forum.

This does not happen for the notification end users receive when an admin messages subscribers. In that case, the link DOES take you to the category in question.

Always have an "Uncategorized" category
On the list at the right that shows all of the categories, there should always be an "Uncategorized" category for uncategorized ideas. This way, all ideas can be accessed through the Categories side bar.

Allow admins to set up a duplicate domain.
Today would have been a perfect demonstration of my request. We have 365 linked to our domain, however we aren't the MAIN admins of the account. We want to setup another office 365 account using the same domain name then copy ALL existing accounts from the first to the second domain account and then tell the company administrating 365 that we are done with them. Obviously we can't nor do we want to run the two together.
