  3. Provide the ability for admins to take an idea that was submitted and split it into two.
    The reason is because sometimes someone posts an idea that consists of two aspects, that to us, are two different ideas. Lets say we already have one feature they ask for but not another, we cannot assign the statuses to the requests properly.
    When splitting, just let us pick what description text and title to put in the new ticket. I realize splitting will cost the voter more votes, but if the workaround to avoid that is let us close one of the…

  4. When a new user signs up, pull their avatar from either the 3rd-part profile they sign up with (already done), or with Gravatar (already done), but then allow the user to update their avatar however they like.

    People sometimes sign in with Facebook and then don't want their goofy Facebook photo on Zenrep.

    People who want to be anonymous but have a Gravatar acount get their photos added to their profile.

  5. I'd like to be able to add a separate email address for invoices. Currently I have to forward the invoice emails to our finance people to reconcile the credit card, and would prefer just to have those invoices sent directly to them rather than my inbox as the Admin.

  7. We retake an idea that we consider basic for SEO results and rankings in web search motors:

    We have ZenRep setup on a subdomain of my site. It would be great if http://feedback.mydomain.com/sitemap.xml produced a valid sitemap of my forum content so that I could submit it to google web master tools. However it does not, the sitemap.xml contains urls for www.ZenRep.com

  9. I get that SSL for custom hostnames is ****** to support - but security shouldn't be something users have to pay extra for.

    While it's great that you provide custom domains for free, making us pay to have our users interact securely really feels gross.

    Without it, I'm not really sure what the point of the custom domain. As it is, it's worthless to me (my entire site is on SSL, and browsers don't like switching protocols for subdomains).

    So, I propose that SSL support for hostnames is included for all plans. Most of your customers aren't likely to implement…

  11. With the new ZenRep login screen, a regression was introduced where password management tools (such as the Mac OS X keychain) can no longer be used to automatically fill in the username and password.

    Due to past identify theft issues, I now have a different, random, 20-character password for every single website on the Internet, so allowing the Keychain to automatically fill in password forms is a huge benefit to me since I can't remember any of the 513 passwords stored in my Keychain!

  12. This integration would actually be two separate components to keep your sales & support teams in beautiful harmony:

    Like our other CRM gadgets, it would give you a real-time view of what information is in Microsoft Dynamics CRM about any user you look at in ZenRep include any pending Microsoft Dynamics CRM Opportunities or Tasks. This means your support team won’t be needing to give them Microsoft Dynamics CRM access.

    The complementing service hook would help push information the other way. Syncing ZenRep support tickets to the correct Microsoft Dynamics CRM Cases record in real-time.

  14. I would like to retrieve satisfaction rating via your API to display them on my website.

    It would be awesome if we can retrieve X random Satisfaction Ratings (rate + comment + name of the user) via your API or similar.

    An extra option could be integrated like: "I want to retrieve 5 random satisfaction ratings from 7 to 10 (only promoters)."

    In the widget, you'll have to add an extra checkbox to let the user choose whether he wants his satisfaction rating published OR not.

  18. We would like to be able when writing notes (in the admin console) to notify other product managers of something that may affect them or they need to be aware of.
    When responding to comments (in the end user console) we would like to be able to notify specific users that we have addressed their question or issue.
    By using the @ followed by the user email, this should send them a specific email notifying them that something is important to them. This also would help us reduce noise of how many emails administrators currently receive.

  19. It would be helpful if you could see a history of how the suggestion was updated and by whom, just like you can with tickets.

    Right now if a suggestion is edited, moved to another forum, has its category or labels changed, etc., there's no history of who made the change, when the change was made, or that a change was even made.

  20. Right now there's no easy way to integrate with Pivotal Tracker without having to build your own external code to make the integration work.

    The integration built by the third party only works with PHP and some admins have had trouble getting it to work even then!

    It would be great if y'all released your own integration, so that we can easily integrate with Pivotal Tracker whether we use PHP, Ruby on Rails etc....
