  2. I really wish you could add Base Crm to your integrations list as this would really complete this service for me. right now I'm on the trial but all ur staff use the base crm and haven't added them as we are still exploring other options to fully sync our customer services.

  3. Almost the same way the ticket support system works. Send an email to an email address and it automatically gets added as an idea. Not sure why something so simple hasn't been implemented yet?

  4. I own an MSP (Managed Service Provider) and it would be nice to see some integration with Connectwise for limiting access to the website and to setup custom notifications and SSO.

  6. I'd like to be able to integrate Inspector with LinkedIn/Facebook so that posts from these networks show like tweets already do. This would give valuable additional information on the user (similar to how Rapportive pulls in info)

  7. We should make it easier for people to answer tickets by knocking out a step out of the process, notifications.
    Currently to see if their is a new feedback suggestion or support ticket sent, email is the notification, and admins are notified through them. I suggest focus on allowing people to see the notification without having to do this, instead notify they while they are on their browser. By seemlessly integrating notifications of new tickets and feedback into the browser via Chrome extensions and/or Mozilla add-ons, we can hopefully get faster responses and allow for better engagement even when the…

  9. It's much faster to find what you're looking for on the front-end because the search does a search-ahead. In the back end you have to fully type out your search term and then hit the Enter key. Then wait. If you’re going to be doing a lot of searching, this takes a long time.

  13. There's no easy way to see which private forums a user has access to. Right now, the admin has to go to each forum and see if the user has access to it.
