  1. If you are inviting a large group of contributors, then it's very possible you will need re-invite several at once.

    Right now you have to click through one by one and re-invite, which is too many clicks.

  4. To reduce the number ideas filtered by search, the keywords should be applied with 'and' logic by default.

    At the moment, the number of findings increases if you add more key words.

    But to make ZenRep a success, it's important to reduce the number of findings to come out with max 10-20 search results to allow the user to find already existing ones for voting instead of entering a new one.
    If the search result exceeds 20+, it would be to time consuming for checking all the results and as result, ZenRep would end-up with redundant requests (idea) as in…

  5. Reduce the Weekly customer activity to the last 52 weeks, instead of using idea creation date as the starting point. Also "Average customer activity" doesn't seem to appear at all.

  9. At our company Support page where users can submit Support Tickets, I would like to suggest to include file size attachment limit text/indicator to inform users of the size limit for any file they can upload when seeking support (see screenshot)

  10. I cane see that this suggestion exists (2008, 2011..) and is marked as Status:Completed. However, we really lack this feature!? We need to see the axect time when an end user have posted the idea/suggestion/bug report. We need to see it in both end user view and in Admin view. We collect feedback on pilot versions of our service, and to be able to trouble shoot and assist the pilot user (acting as a customer) and learn from the feedback, we need to compare to our monitoring systems.   13. Improved Comment and update notifications
    Notification to end users when someone has commented an idea that the end user has created could be much improved. It is now part of the daily mail (if not disabled), but should be visible in the Feedback forum GUI. When a develeoper initiates a dialogue with the reporting person, it is hard to get any pace in the conversation, because it is hard to get aware that something has happened.

  15. Could you do something where you show a screen shot and when I point to it it shows me the relevant help. for example I set up the colors for categories and for the life of me I can't find where I change those colors. It's driving me insane. I have been opening up each setting. but if you had a page and I could point to the label and it said where you change it that would be rad.

  18. In Admin Settings, the Create team dialog should show the currently assigned team, if it is assigned already. I'm trying to bulk assign contributor team members that haven't been assigned yet and it's very difficult and tedious currently.
