Include date tag to admin replies
Would it be possible to include date tag to admin replies on main page? We want people to see when the admin update/comment was posted without having to click into the topic.

Remove highlights from selected answer body
I get that highlighting the title for users so they can see which FAQ matches their question makes sense but once they choose the question then it is very distracting to still have each instance of the word(s) highlighted in the answer.

Custom HTML Editor Improvements
Improve the editor that is provided when working with custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
The current editor isn't that great and you need to work in a separate tool and then copy/paste.

Quickly remove labels from list view
From a list view, have the ability to remove labels quickly. Right now you need to open the labels and scroll to find the label to deselect it. Can we add a "X" to the label button in the list view to remove quickly (or something similar)?

Search field in merge window is tiny
I like the new merge experience, but the search field is just teeny-tiny! Many times I have to perform multiple searches for duplicates and will change some of the terms used each time. It's annoying to do this in such a small field.

Lock tickets to a rep
I work on regular customer tickets and tickets requesting Setup Calls. It would be nice if there were some way to "lock" the setup calls so that when I go off duty, any customer comments for that ticket stay in my box instead of being reassigned to the Unassigned folder.

allow API access to specific forums only.
I'm attempting to setup an integration between ZenRep and Zapier to use in product management software. My company uses separate forums for different products, but as a product manager, I only care about one forum. The API brings in messages for ALL topics, which makes the integration worthless.

Provide helpful error message to indicate when a user has already been invited
Provide an error message to indicate that an email address you are trying to invite is already an admin, instead of "Error inviting users!":

Return helpful error when idea created via sidebar has too long of a title
There is a character restriction on idea titles. When you create an idea with too long of a title in the sidebar, we return an error, but it isn't clear why
This error should say something about the character limit.

Retain previous message in text box when updating statuses
Change the status of a message, and write a response
On the same message, update the status to a new one
What happens: a new message box will open up, but doesn't contain the text of the last status update message

Widget Metrics
I would like to be able to find the number of new topics created through the widget, as well as the total number of messages that came in through the widget. I would also like to be able to do this without using the API

Articles to be per user
Allow notes to be private to the ZenRep teams using the tool, and not display on the customer responses.
Allow articles to be per account as well as share. That would make it so much simpler to keep track of your own quick replies.

Support custom VSO work item templates
1) They are using an Agile template in VSO
I'm unable to reproduce this with an Agile template on our account. They seem to have a "Requirement" work item type, which I'm unable to reproduce on our VSO account.
