  1. Add more "No customer activity" filters

    Please add the following filters to the Suggestions Customer Activity filter:
    -No customer activity in the last 30 days
    -No customer activity in the last 60 days

    Or something similar. 90 days is very useful, but we have too many incoming ideas, would like to clean it out more aggressively using this filter.

  2. Filter on the column titles

    Filter on each of the columns so that I can look at a specific range of suggestions. Ex. All suggestions above 'X' MRR or within a certain created timeframe.

  3. Have your columns selections in a forum persist even after you log out

    The settings are reset to default when you log out from the account.

  4. Do not search prepositions in moderation

    When trying to moderate, do not search for prepositions. At least not within other words. As an example if I have "an" in the search it should not pull in "cancellation" because "an" is in the word.

  5. Auto-populate label name on creation

    When I create a label from the "tag" icon directly on an idea, the text I type should populate through to the next screen.

  6. Provide a way to manage categories in a forum (or make it easier to find)

    I'm going crazy trying to reorganize my categories and can't find where that is in the UI (if it's present).

    Also, categorizing features should be connected to labels because it's very common to start with a certain categorization and then realize that the information architecture picked at one point is not scalable or ideal.

    People should be allowed to upvote/"like"/+1 comments; this would be an enhancement in community engagement with ideas

  9. Add the same type of "instant search" / "type ahead" that you have on the front-end forums to the back-end "search ideas & users" page

    It's much faster to find what you're looking for on the front-end because the search does a search-ahead. In the back end you have to fully type out your search term and then hit the Enter key. Then wait. If you’re going to be doing a lot of searching, this takes a long time.
