  1. Merging ideas is fantastic but to have the idea merged as a comment isn't so good.

    Ideally, the merge should allow for a Parent/Child relationship i.e. both ideas continue as individual ideas rather than a comment of the other.

  2. Better support for managing users. It doesn't make sense to have multiple users spread out across different forums. I would like to see ONE list of all forum users and admins and control their access from one page.

  3. When I merge suggestion A into suggestion B, the comments from suggestion A are copied into suggestion B - but any status updates from suggestion A are not.

    Sometimes there's useful stuff in the old status update, such as troubleshooting steps to see if the symptoms match a known issue or not. So it's nice to be able to access those old status messages to copy-paste from them, for example.

  4. Allow notes to be private to the ZenRep teams using the tool, and not display on the customer responses.

    Allow articles to be per account as well as share. That would make it so much simpler to keep track of your own quick replies.

  5. Make it quicker to create a saved view. It currently takes too many clicks to decide what I want to see, find and add the label to those ideas and then save the view

  6. Filter on each of the columns so that I can look at a specific range of suggestions. Ex. All suggestions above 'X' MRR or within a certain created timeframe.

  7. Often new ideas are just duplicates of very popular ideas, and often popular ideas use very common terms. If we could sort merge search results by vote count, it would save a lot of time (note: this is a bit of a workaround since search does not support common search operators).

    1. I often used canned responses. It would be preferable if I could do that in one click: "Reply with canned responses".
    2. Often I answer a number of messages with the same response. It would be nice to select them all and then type one response.

  9. As an admin, I can edit status updates but I cannot edit regular comments. Editing comments is just as useful.

    Ideally, regular users should be able to edit their own comments as well (at least for a set amount of time after they were posted).

  11. After I send a message to subscribers, I am unable to see the content of the message I sent them to refer back to. I like using the ZenRep interface to do this to get analytics, however when following up I am disappointed that I cannot refer back to the text of my message.

  12. I cane see that this suggestion exists (2008, 2011..) and is marked as Status:Completed. However, we really lack this feature!? We need to see the axect time when an end user have posted the idea/suggestion/bug report. We need to see it in both end user view and in Admin view. We collect feedback on pilot versions of our service, and to be able to trouble shoot and assist the pilot user (acting as a customer) and learn from the feedback, we need to compare to our monitoring systems.   13. Different users often use different terms to describe the same feature or piece of the UI. For example, our users variously say "interactions," "wires," and "links" all to refer to the same thing in our app.

    To improve search results and therefore reduce duplicates, it would be great if we could define custom lists of terms to be considered synonyms -- so if a user types in a suggestion or search with the words "link foo bar" they will also see results with the words "interaction foo bar," etc.

  14. From a list view, have the ability to remove labels quickly. Right now you need to open the labels and scroll to find the label to deselect it. Can we add a "X" to the label button in the list view to remove quickly (or something similar)?

  15. Search keywords containing a number seem to be completely ignored, or excluded from the search index. For example, if I search for "3D" or "h1" (with no other words) I get zero search results, even though I know multiple user suggestions exist with these exact terms in the title.

    For some types of software, words containing digits are important terms that help users specify a particular feature. Search results are a mess when one of the main distinguishing words in the feature name is ignored.
