    When using the widget, be able to pull up an account's messages, not just a user's.

  6. Improve the merge experiene for admins

    The current search experience when merging topics is really hard to navigate. Would be great to have the ability to navigate topics by categories, sort by popularity, and do what I can do from the regular UI, while merging.
    Also, would like to be able to add a comment while merging to explain to the users why the topics where merged.

    When merging messages in ZenRep, you can now filter and sort the list of messages to help you find the right one more quickly. You can also combine a search with any filter during merge or when browsing the main messages list.

    We have not yet added the ability to write a note when merging, so we’ll leave this suggestion open for that.

  9. remember email selection when doing a merge/updating status/etc

    Remember the previously selected email address per option for an admin. So I do not always have to select my option when doing an item that will notify subscribers.

  10. New messages by admins go through moderator approval

    I would like to require that new messages created by admins get approved by a moderator before they are public.

  11. As an end user, I want to get notified for new content

    Without being admin, can I subscribe to any change in a specific project? Whenever a new topic is posted, I would like to look at it and engage if I agree with it.

    I believe with this notification, I will be able to contribute often. It will also allow non admins to participate if they wish to drive new developments.

  12. Capture responses from customer without an email address

    We would like to capture responses from people who don't have an email address and either use an alternative identifier (ex. twitter handle, name) or leave it as anonymous.

  13. View content of messages sent to subscribers

    After I send a message to subscribers, I am unable to see the content of the message I sent them to refer back to. I like using the ZenRep interface to do this to get analytics, however when following up I am disappointed that I cannot refer back to the text of my message.

  14. Edit comments

    As an admin, I can edit status updates but I cannot edit regular comments. Editing comments is just as useful.

    Ideally, regular users should be able to edit their own comments as well (at least for a set amount of time after they were posted).

  16. Slack Filters

    Slack - Ability to direct Forums requests with specific Slack chat rooms. My main feedback is that we want notifications to be richer per-forum. This service integration, for example, is across ALL of the forums.
    Need more filtering here.

  19. Improvements to Ease of Access

    Users who are blind (and thus use screen readers and other assistive tech) report that ZenRep does not work very well when leaving the feedback.

  20. Choose what is exported with enhanced analysis

    Be able to choose which columns are exported with the enhanced analysis and be able to save that as a template for exporting. There are too many columns to look at when I only care about specific columns depending on who is exporting.
