  1. If my oauthcallback contains query string
    And when I do request
    token I get following callback from ZenRep

    Instead it should be "&oauthtoken=<Token>&oauthverifier=<verifier>". Since passed callback already contains "?state=

    As per The OAuth 1.0 Protocol at https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5849
    If the callback URI already includes a query component, the server
    MUST append the OAuth parameters to the end of the existing query.

  2. Customers with single page applications don't have relevant referrer URLs when user's create ideas from the widget.

    This prevents admins from getting more data on where users were when giving feedback.

    Finding a way to map ideas created via the widget, to where users were on a specific page would be a useful metric for product team.

  5. I'm going crazy trying to reorganize my categories and can't find where that is in the UI (if it's present).

    Also, categorizing features should be connected to labels because it's very common to start with a certain categorization and then realize that the information architecture picked at one point is not scalable or ideal.

When customers write in with feedback that needs clarification or I want to learn more about a customer’s use case, I want to be able to simply message that user directly from their profile page or from a specific idea, so I don’t have to figure out a way to contact them in a different system – AND so the conversation is stored alongside and associated to the feedback we have stored in ZenRep.

  12. Right now, the only way to grant a user access to multiple forums at once is with SSO. It would make things quicker to be able to do this with users you grant access to via email invitations.

  14. On the forum activity export, there is a column for "votes in time period". There is also a column for "supporters", but not one for "supporters in time period".

    It would be useful to have this column included, so you can see the amount of supporters an idea has received in a given time period.

  18. Right now, forum notifications come from [email protected]. Accounts with custom domains would prefer for these to come from their custom email address, since end-users see these email notifications.
