  1. Make the screenshot capture a default or restore the checkbox so that users can easily add a screen shot. The "Send us a message" widget used to just have a checkbox for users to include a screenshot and since removing that the percentage of screenshots has greatly decreased and we always have to ask customers to include a screenshot and some of the older ones we have had to call and instruct them on how to include a screenshot. It used to be a lot more intuitive. The minor change is an annoying step backwards.

  3. When capturing feedback from a ticket or other source, I sometimes want to attach a file as well because they user gave feedback in the file (e.g., screenshot or mockup), so that the file can be included when reviewing aggregated feedback on an idea.

  4. We can pre-fill email field by passing user traits, but users' emails we have on the record may no longer be frequently accessed and/or users have forgotten which email address they used to sign up for our service. In such cases, it would be nice if they can confirm the pre-filled email address before hitting submit button. (Right now the widget won't ask at all if email trait is set.)

  6. We are a SaaS company and want to learn quickly by giving customers the possibility to come up with ideas and feedback. Our account managers however need to know what's happening:

    How much feedback does a customer give? (amount)
    What's the feedback about? (content)
    What's the status of ideas submitted by a customer? (planned, etc.)

  7. On our board there are many duplicate ideas suggested. We have an admin who can manually merge them, but users don't know that and frequently simply leave comments on the new idea saying "vote here instead!" Allowing users to flag a possible dupe (ideally with a link) would bring them to our admins attention and reduce the duplication of effort.

Whether enabling either SSO and ZenRep Authentication, it would be useful to give us the chance to provide the URL created by the OAUTH2 SSO Application created on Facebook or Google side which would be linked to the FB / GOOGLE login button on ZenRep widget. This way, also FB / GOOGLE login would be in SSO with my SSO Application.

  9. Is there a way, if not can you add a way, to allow to restrict the default listings of ideas in the widget popup to a "category" within a specif forum? We're trying to have our other sites add the widget to their page, but allow them to specific the default category of ideas which show up. This way it provides ideas that are more relevant to the visitors of that site, which can be used as a hook to get them to submit ideas to other categories they might not have considered...now that they're in the tool.

  10. When new user enters an idea, or votes for someone else's idea for first time, he just presented with option to choose from "1 votes", "2 votes", "3 votes". It can be confusing what this actually means. On my feedback forum most users give just 1 vote for their only idea. I suppose this is because they don't understand they could give it 3 votes to have better chances for their idea to be on top in overall list.
    There is also no mention (until you register) that you have 10 votes that you can distribute among ideas you like.…

  11. If I want to see or leave a comment, I have to click into the idea. It would be more user-friendly to be able to comment or view comments Facebook-style from the portal page and load them with javascript at least.

  20. We had lost some distribution groups recently. It would be nice to have a warning or a workaround to not overwrite cloud-only list when an on-prem user or group matches the one on Office 365/Azure AD. Some of our OU was supposed to be filtered when we worked with a Microsoft engineer.
    Since our up-to-date distribution lists got overwritten by older lists from our on-prem AD and Microsoft does not back up groups on the cloud, we had to create all our lost distribution list from scratch.
