  6. We had lost some distribution groups recently. It would be nice to have a warning or a workaround to not overwrite cloud-only list when an on-prem user or group matches the one on Office 365/Azure AD. Some of our OU was supposed to be filtered when we worked with a Microsoft engineer.
    Since our up-to-date distribution lists got overwritten by older lists from our on-prem AD and Microsoft does not back up groups on the cloud, we had to create all our lost distribution list from scratch.

  11. It would be great to see further detail in the nps report. As an example I want to see 1 year vs 2 year customers. I would also like to be able to drill into those 1 year detractor ideas. The more flexibility and insight I can gain the better

  12. I get that highlighting the title for users so they can see which FAQ matches their question makes sense but once they choose the question then it is very distracting to still have each instance of the word(s) highlighted in the answer.

  13. We have a public channel in slack for our customer community. We can use the sidebar to capture messages on top of the Slack web client, but we would also like to be able to use it in the desktop client.

  15. I would like to have a widget that works with a limited access (private) environment that I have configured. I am currently working around this by having the widget create content that required moderation. I then evaluate that content manually before adding it to the actual private environment. Having the widget support this workflow directly would cut down on my workload and would also provide appropriate feedback within the widget.

  19. If I view a user profile in the sidebar, their activity summary data is different from the activity summary data that I see in the admin console user inspector. They should match or be clear that they are showing different data.
