One step canned response
- I often used canned responses. It would be preferable if I could do that in one click: "Reply with canned responses".
- Often I answer a number of messages with the same response. It would be nice to select them all and then type one response.

"Category" link in admin comment notification emails does not actually link to the category
When end-users elect to get notified of admin comments on ideas they support, they get a notification email which includes links to the idea, the forum, and the category (if applicable).
The link which is titled "category name" does not link to the category in question, instead it links to hot ideas on the forum.

This does not happen for the notification end users receive when an admin messages subscribers. In that case, the link DOES take you to the category in question.

Use serial numbers to track queries
Allow for feedback users to include a serial number of their product so it can be investigated by reviewing production records, rather than needing further questions.

Always have an "Uncategorized" category
On the list at the right that shows all of the categories, there should always be an "Uncategorized" category for uncategorized ideas. This way, all ideas can be accessed through the Categories side bar.

Allow us to get satisfaction ratings at the topic level
Satisfaction and NPS is great for overall satisfaction but it would be nice to get some topic specific satisfaction prompts to users

Quickly remove labels from list view
From a list view, have the ability to remove labels quickly. Right now you need to open the labels and scroll to find the label to deselect it. Can we add a "X" to the label button in the list view to remove quickly (or something similar)?

Choose default and required settings for sidebar
Allow users to chose their own default settings for sidebar. Some people want customers automatically subscribed and some want to require specific fields.

Allow Notes to be displayed as most recent reply
Display the last update to a ticket even when it's a Note (so that if you add a note to a pending item, it doesn't show the last update as the last official Sent message)

When changing status, allow an editable subject field. We ask questions for more follow up and have had to start emailing separately.

No suggested topics
Remove the suggested (past) posts widget. Its matching accuracy is poor and as a result, it wastes customer time by encouraging them to read irrelevant information.

Add subtext to bulk invitation window
There is no direction on what format to paste in email address when inviting bulk customers to a private forum. Do they just paste in a list, or do they need to separate the email address by ',' or ';'?

Custom search keyword synonyms
Different users often use different terms to describe the same feature or piece of the UI. For example, our users variously say "interactions," "wires," and "links" all to refer to the same thing in our app.
To improve search results and therefore reduce duplicates, it would be great if we could define custom lists of terms to be considered synonyms -- so if a user types in a suggestion or search with the words "link foo bar" they will also see results with the words "interaction foo bar," etc.

I would really like to be able to export the top topics for my team for further review.

When in widget have the option to search based on message ID and display that when submitting a new message.

Open topic in new window from the topic selection dialog
When merging or linking topics in a dialog, allow me to open a topic in a new window so I can deal with it later rather than having to stop what I'm doing.
