Add Gmail Integration for the Calendar
It would be great if we could sync our Gmail account so that our Calendar and messages were synced directly to Z2. I love ZenRep but this is one area where I feel it could really improve!

Integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
This integration would actually be two separate components to keep your sales & support teams in beautiful harmony:
Like our other CRM gadgets, it would give you a real-time view of what information is in Microsoft Dynamics CRM about any user you look at in ZenRep include any pending Microsoft Dynamics CRM Opportunities or Tasks. This means your support team won’t be needing to give them Microsoft Dynamics CRM access.
The complementing service hook would help push information the other way. Syncing ZenRep support tickets to the correct Microsoft Dynamics CRM Cases record in real-time.

Add Pivotal Tracker integration
Right now there's no easy way to integrate with Pivotal Tracker without having to build your own external code to make the integration work.
The integration built by the third party only works with PHP and some admins have had trouble getting it to work even then!
It would be great if y'all released your own integration, so that we can easily integrate with Pivotal Tracker whether we use PHP, Ruby on Rails etc....

Integrate with Intercom
It would be great to integrate with Intercom so that I can better keep track of all user interactions. I have separate conversations with registered users on Intercom and ZenRep, which can get a little confusing.
I love how ZenRep keeps track of the users' actions (votes, comments, etc.) but having the ability to align that with the community messages and interactions I am having on the Intercom platform would be amazing.

Update Google Analytics to Universal Analytics
Currently Universal Analytics is in Stage 3. After it reaches Stage 4 we'd be able to implement this. https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/upgrade/

Be able to push custom fields and more ticket information to Salesforce along with the ticket
Right now you can push tickets to Salesforce with the integration. But it would be great if you could also push custom fields and their values too. This would help the team in Salesforce get the full picture.

VOIP / Phone Integration
It would be wonderful to be able to also have a VOIP integration in ZenRep. This would complete most types of customer contact and would allow for usage of just ZenRep in customer contact.

Slack Filters
Slack - Ability to direct Forums requests with specific Slack chat rooms. My main feedback is that we want notifications to be richer per-forum. This service integration, for example, is across ALL of the forums.

Integrate with Insightly.com
We have a lot of requests via ZenRep and I want to be able not only to close a ticket, but to define a follow up for some tickets which are solved.
Means: Adding Tasks based on tickets which are closed would be a nice thing. And activating opportunities based on tickets.

Send user and account trait data to custom gadgets
The data passed through Identify for User and Account traits would be extremely useful when setting up a custom gadget.
For example, you pass the user's ID via the User Trait, and you want the gadget to be able to look up that user based on that ID.

Integration with Zoho
It would be awesome to have ZenRep integrated with ZOHO CRM. For our CSR's it would be of good use.

Integration with Asana
Asana is THE most awesome task management tool for teams.
Prioritized product features in Asana could be added to ZenRep automatically, allowing users to vote, discuss, and get updates on them.
Tickets could be posted and managed from Asana, where our team manages everything from product management, google docs, business planning, fund raising, idea boxes and a list far too long to mention here!

Integrate with Rally
Integrate with Rally so that ZenRep messages can be promoted to Rally backlog. Keep ZenRep and Rally backlog item synchronized bidirectionally.
