Email/UI notifications by message category
We have multiple product managers with different areas of interest so we have multiple admins in ZenRep. With our default forum, we have set up categories for each of the areas of interest. It would be great if the email alerts and dashboards could be rule based. If the category is x it goes to x product manager email. If the category is y then it goes to y product manager email.
