  1. Improve User Search Capabilities

    I need better search capabilities when searching for users. It appears I can only search by their name or the beginning of their e-mail address. I need to be able to find matches for any part of the name. I need to be able to find matches for domain name (example: trekbikes.com)

  2. Store custom text for new user invitations

    Every time I send out invitations I replace the standard text with my own. It's nice that I can replace it with my own. It would be even nicer if I could store my own text and it would come up as the default when sending invitations.

  3. Allow mass invite resend

    300 users claim they never got the invite and now I have to find them and resend

  4. Show which private forums the user has access to

    There's no easy way to see which private forums a user has access to. Right now, the admin has to go to each forum and see if the user has access to it.

  5. Ability to restrict Admins to specific topics

    More granular settings for admins/agents/moderators.
