Not only would integrating with segment.io make the adoption of ZenRep easier, you would also allow marketing people to make the decision without having to bother the engineering folks.

One barrier removed.

Also, we use a number of monitoring apps for which we create server side events (such as the revenue data you would need for your MRR / LTV reports). We push those events through segment.io as I would guess most other segment.io users do.

Without the integration I'm wondering whether I really need that data in ZenRep.
With the integration, I'd just flip the ZenRep switch in segment.io, look at the metrics in the reports and then decide wether I need that data in ZenRep or not.
