  1. You can pass the standard user and account traits, but sometimes you need to pass custom traits.

    For example, your users have two different ID's, and you want both passed as traits.

  4. Right now, you have to use the javascript code to pass user/account traits. It would be great if there was a way to also do this via the API. This would give admins more options for passing this data.

  5. Some customers are bigger revenue-drivers for us. Consequently their input is more valuable to us. It should be possible to organize customers into groups, so that, for example, "Revenue 500" customers carry more weight when we evaluate messages. The weight factor should only be visisible to internal teams of course.

  6. Once I'm in a message in the admin console, i'd like to be able to scroll through (think "next" and "previous" buttons) instead of having to go back to the list of messages.

  12. I would like to be able to lock a message down from further commenting. Sometimes I like to leave a message up for other users to view that is not yet completed, but do not want to allow other users to comment. I have not yet been able to find a way to do this.

  13. As a zendesk customer I want to integrate uservoice in my support workflow.

    Zendesk already has an integration for getsatisfaction but not for ZenRep. :-(

  15. Your admin users and permissions page should include the team that that person is on. Right now these are in two different disjointed places from an experience perspective.

  17. On the User Details page I can see the user's NPS rating, number of suggestions, and number of comments. I would like to be able to click those to see the details of each.

  18. We are using the Note field to store our own categorization (so we only have 1 note per message). And it'd be really helpful for us to view the messages by categories stored in Note.
