Show Team on the Admin and Users Permissions page
Your admin users and permissions page should include the team that that person is on. Right now these are in two different disjointed places from an experience perspective.

When viewing an message in Admin Console, list the number of responses each users has made.
In the upgrade to the new ZenRep system, we lost the ability to view the number of responses that each user has applied to an message. This loss of functionality is cumbersome for us, causing us to export the message data in XLS or into reporting tools in order to access this information.

Show additional user information in the platform
Currently it is only easy to see users and accounts. I would like to be able to see more of the traits that are associated with users within the UI.

Gmail integration - better detection of the customer's email address
When capturing feedback from an email, it should default to the email addresses that are on the email that is open.

See details behind the stats on the user details page
On the User Details page I can see the user's NPS rating, number of suggestions, and number of comments. I would like to be able to click those to see the details of each.

Pull in Locale and Region Information into Analytics
Not only would this information to be able helpful to identify ideas that are popular in a certain regions, but also help identify issues that are being reported through the HelpDesk product. This also would be beneficial in correlation to NPS.

Sort Messages by Notes
We are using the Note field to store our own categorization (so we only have 1 note per message). And it'd be really helpful for us to view the messages by categories stored in Note.

Be able to set the "from" address when sending a message to subscribers on an idea
When updating the status of an idea, it defaults to your support email address, but it's not an option to set a from address when sending a message to subscribers on an idea.
This means users get the message but it comes from [email protected]. No-reply@ emails are often caught by spam filters, and are also impersonal.
It also makes it hard for accounts who want to white label their accounts.

Export forum users
In the legacy admin console, admins could export all users who gave feedback in a forum. In ZenRep, an admin should be able to export a list of users who have given feedback on a set of suggestions.

Open Inspector when clicking on user
Wherever a user is displayed, I want to be able to open the Inspector for that user so I can get additional details about them – especially Activity views

Don't use "no-reply@" for invites to private topics
If they have a custom email address set in ZenRep, they should have the option to use that instead. Also, no-reply@ are often caught by spam filters.
