  1. Microsoft Power BI (https://powerbi.com/) allows teams to create powerful internal dashboards from many sources. An integration with ZenRep would allow teams to share ZenRep stats and analytics with other stakeholders and teams.

  4. This would be useful for tracking correspondence (both from and to). E.g., Any new tickets, and our responses via ZenRep.

    You could just post them all as emails using this API endpoint:

  11. I really wish you could add Base Crm to your integrations list as this would really complete this service for me. right now I'm on the trial but all ur staff use the base crm and haven't added them as we are still exploring other options to fully sync our customer services.

  12. I own an MSP (Managed Service Provider) and it would be nice to see some integration with Connectwise for limiting access to the website and to setup custom notifications and SSO.

  14. I'd like to be able to integrate Inspector with LinkedIn/Facebook so that posts from these networks show like tweets already do. This would give valuable additional information on the user (similar to how Rapportive pulls in info)

  15. We should make it easier for people to answer tickets by knocking out a step out of the process, notifications.
    Currently to see if their is a new feedback suggestion or support ticket sent, email is the notification, and admins are notified through them. I suggest focus on allowing people to see the notification without having to do this, instead notify they while they are on their browser. By seemlessly integrating notifications of new tickets and feedback into the browser via Chrome extensions and/or Mozilla add-ons, we can hopefully get faster responses and allow for better engagement even when the…
