  1. Display confirmation (update UI) when topics are merged

    When merging a topic in the new UI, there is no visual feedback that the merge was successful.

  4. Allow admins to close comments on closed/declined messages

  5. Internally group related messages into one or multiple topics or collections (think Gmail Labels)

    When a group of messages are related to a particular topic or theme, I want to be able to keep track of that collection and get stats on it, so I can share that information with managers and address the content together.

    This would also be helpful for internally organizing content into multiple ways.

  8. View all messages, topics, and users related to a specific company account

    You can view all documents an individual user has created, but being able to see all the documents for an entire company would be even more useful, and help you see what a company as a whole is telling us.

    Now that we have the “account” trait, it would be great if we could consolidate all documents and messages from users belonging to that organization (e.g., “Acme Co.”).

  9. Support custom user and account traits with the Identify feature

    You can pass the standard user and account traits, but sometimes you need to pass custom traits.

    For example, your users have two different ID's, and you want both passed as traits.

  10. Be able to pass user/account traits via the API

    Right now, you have to use the javascript code to pass user/account traits. It would be great if there was a way to also do this via the API. This would give admins more options for passing this data.

  12. Ability to view all open messages across all forums in the Admin Console

    This would make it easier for them to either create a quick export of just that information as well as manage the list directly without jumping between each topic.

  13. Make a System Status page so people know when the service has maintenance or goes down.

    This could be like the following system status pages:

  14. Allow admins to select which topics they receive activity notifications for

    Each topic is intended for a certain product which has it's own product manager. These managers would like notifications any time a new message is posted in that topic versus other topics.

  15. Allow multiple option selection from the filters in Admin area

    When in the admin console, sometimes I may want to view ideas with more than one status but not all. I would be really useful to be able to select multiple options

  17. View all messages one has responded to across different forums in a single place

    Here is the use case I usually have, A team of 6 - 7 people in my company take care of ZenRep messages each individually updating and commenting on 4-5 different topics, I have to go to each topic and filter by status and then scroll through pages to identify all the zenrep messages I have responded to .

    It would be pretty cool if I could get a filter to see all the zenrep messages I / my colleague has updated across several topics. That way whenever we release a new update to our product we could quickly scan…

  18. Lock messages from responses

    I would like to be able to lock a message down from further commenting. Sometimes I like to leave a message up for other users to view that is not yet completed, but do not want to allow other users to comment. I have not yet been able to find a way to do this.

  20. When merging topics, have the original topic become a note in the winning topic

    It might also be helpful if there was a check box in the merge form to determine if this occurs or not.
