Export users associated with messages/topics
Yes, you can now export at the user level as well as the message level and board level... but what we need is a way to get an export of the messages/topics along with WHO created them.
This is a key piece of functionality we need.

Allow admins to split topics
I merged two topics by mistake, and there's now no way to unmerge them. An "unmerge" button next to merged topics would be very helpful.

Ability to scroll through messages
Once I'm in a message in the admin console, i'd like to be able to scroll through (think "next" and "previous" buttons) instead of having to go back to the list of messages.

Add admin tags to topics & users
It would be nice to have options to tag, categorize and assign topics within the Admin interface, invisible to users.
For example, I may want to tag topics with a particular date it helps organize things, so that once something has been done I can quickly find all the relevant topics and post a "Completed" message.
Also, if I know another admin would be the best person to comment on a topic, it would be good to "assign" it to them, so that they are prompted to reply.
Just a thought.

Zendesk already has an integration for getsatisfaction but not for ZenRep. :-(

Allow users to send as many messages as they want
Users should be able to send as many messages as they want.

Be able to set the "from" address when sending a message to subscribers on an idea
When updating the status of an idea, it defaults to your support email address, but it's not an option to set a from address when sending a message to subscribers on an idea.
This means users get the message but it comes from [email protected]. No-reply@ emails are often caught by spam filters, and are also impersonal.
It also makes it hard for accounts who want to white label their accounts.

Export forum users
In the legacy admin console, admins could export all users who gave feedback in a forum. In ZenRep, an admin should be able to export a list of users who have given feedback on a set of suggestions.

Don't use "no-reply@" for invites to private topics
If they have a custom email address set in ZenRep, they should have the option to use that instead. Also, no-reply@ are often caught by spam filters.
