  1. In the Android SDK, open an IA result on a new page and not a pop up

    In the Android SDK, when a user clicks on an IA result, open that result in a new page. Right now it opens in a pop up, which doesn't look as nice, and limits the size.

  2. New Ticket Reply available to Zapier

    We use Zapier heavily to get ZenRep tickets to several different apps at once. For the apps that you have built integrations for, it works smoothly. Every ticket and reply are pushed.

    However, your integration with Zapier doesn't allow for Ticket Replies. I have all new Tickets pulling into my CRM, but when the customer replies to me, Zapier doesn't pick it up. I originally thought it was a problem with Zapier until I realized you distinguish new tickets and ticket replies as separate entities.

    Please allow Ticket Replies in Zapier so I can pull every interaction into my CRM.

    Currently there is no way we can get that information via the API about a user.

  5. Allow admins to choose their own text

    The translation into Dutch is not good. I keep adding correct translations in the tool, but they are not implemented. Let admins choose their own texts and the problem is solved.

    The Oauth popup language is controlled by the subdomain language setting, which is only one language.

    It would be good to allow multipole translations of this popup for different user languages.

  13. Closing tickets on behalf of users via the API not possible?

    You can open and add messages to tickets via the API, but apparently it is not possible to close them. When I try to send a PUT to /api/v1/tickets/ticket_id.json and set 'state' to 'closed' I get the following error:

  14. Get users last login date

    The API method /api/v1/forums/forumid/users.json allows to fetch all users sorted by lastlogin date. But there is no field last_login date in the result set.

    Could you add the field last_login to the result set, please? Or can you point me how can I get the last login date for each user?

  16. Transliterate URL paths for normalized versions of characters

    ZenRep is awesome! I'm using it in my brazilian service and it works pretty well.

    However, the pt-br URL paths has accented characters which breaks in some international browsers.

    Take as example the idea: "Faça alguma coisa incrível no site!" ("Do something amazing in the site!" in pt-br), there are special characters that must be transliterated to normalized ones, like the "ç" that must become "c", and the accented "í" that must be "i". It helps to keep URLs uniformed in many places like email clients, social networks and so on.

    [Android sdk] user email need user to type in by themself, is not good for Conversion Rate , I think use google login or fb login or twitter login to get user email well be better way for get user email .
    and it's not hard for coding.

  20. Use the user's Google account to send tickets or vote for ideas.

    The user would then not be required to add his email address and engagement rate would be higher.
