  1. A turn key JavaScript SDK with minimal footprint enabling simple and easy integration into web apps. Ideally, you just paste a small snippet of code to expose the panels.

  6. V2 API calls are limited to 100 results per_page, which can make it tricky when pulling large amounts of data.

    Increasing the limit to 500 results perpage or 1,000 results perpage, would reduce the calls a developer needs to make, and make things more efficient.

  9. The Oauth popup language is controlled by the subdomain language setting, which is only one language.

    It would be good to allow multipole translations of this popup for different user languages.

  11. Add CREATE/DELETE to Topics via API

    Currently we can create a topic by creating a new blank article with a new topic name then deleting the blank article, but this is a bit of a hack...

  12. Want an integration with Lithium since it's their main social forum. Want to be able to have them vote on Lithium and sync on the ZenRep backend

  15. You can open and add messages to tickets via the API, but apparently it is not possible to close them. When I try to send a PUT to /api/v1/tickets/ticket_id.json and set 'state' to 'closed' I get the following error:

    {'errors': {'message': 'Admin required: Not signed or not admin. No token; Unverified; Signature verification failed; User not signed: oauthenticate failed', 'type': 'unauthorized'}}

  16. The API method /api/v1/forums/forumid/users.json allows to fetch all users sorted by lastlogin date. But there is no field last_login date in the result set.

    Could you add the field last_login to the result set, please? Or can you point me how can I get the last login date for each user?

    Thanks.

  18. To get users with the API, you have to use one of our trusted clients, and be logged in as an admin. We could make this much clearer in our docs!

  19. ZenRep is awesome! I'm using it in my brazilian service and it works pretty well.

    However, the pt-br URL paths has accented characters which breaks in some international browsers.

    Take as example the idea: "Faça alguma coisa incrível no site!" ("Do something amazing in the site!" in pt-br), there are special characters that must be transliterated to normalized ones, like the "ç" that must become "c", and the accented "í" that must be "i". It helps to keep URLs uniformed in many places like email clients, social networks and so on.

  20. Add multilanguage and multibrand support. We now have to manually build our FAQ since we need it in multiple languages.
