New Ticket Reply available to Zapier
We use Zapier heavily to get ZenRep tickets to several different apps at once. For the apps that you have built integrations for, it works smoothly. Every ticket and reply are pushed.
However, your integration with Zapier doesn't allow for Ticket Replies. I have all new Tickets pulling into my CRM, but when the customer replies to me, Zapier doesn't pick it up. I originally thought it was a problem with Zapier until I realized you distinguish new tickets and ticket replies as separate entities.
Please allow Ticket Replies in Zapier so I can pull every interaction into my CRM.
