Show additional user information in the platform
Currently it is only easy to see users and accounts. I would like to be able to see more of the traits that are associated with users within the UI.

Sort Messages by Notes
We are using the Note field to store our own categorization (so we only have 1 note per message). And it'd be really helpful for us to view the messages by categories stored in Note.

In the Admin Console, hide “closed” topics by default
It would be very useful to view only topics that are "not closed" (all ideas that have been responded to as well as those which have not been responded to in one search). The current view is difficult to navigate due to the number of items that have been done or declined being mixed with other topics.

Display when a message received responses over time
Being able to view the last time a response received a vote would be a handy feature to have - being able to see if there are older messages with few votes and no recent activity would help determine whether or not to decline that message.

User demographics (who is contributing?)
Some customers are bigger revenue-drivers for us. Consequently their input is more valuable to us. It should be possible to organize customers into groups, so that, for example, "Revenue 500" customers carry more weight when we evaluate messages. The weight factor should only be visisible to internal teams of course.
