When I've had a good support interaction, I'd like to end with a request that they write a review. We have 22 apps on 3 platforms (for a total of 66 apps), and it would be nice if I didn't have to manually insert the correct review link for each app.

The way I imagine the feature working is similar to Canned Responses. In Settings, we would write the default language for requesting a review, including a link. Then when we're writing our response, we click on a Request Review link (next to Canned Responses), which would insert the default language with the phrase "write a review" (or whatever) hyperlinked. The link URL would be inserted dynamically depending on the app the user wrote from.

Just so you know, it is possible in iOS to link directly to the Review tab in the app store, rather than the app details tab. So any review request functionality you add should use that link. It makes a huge difference compared to just taking them to the app details tab.
