  2. Admin creates a message for a user in the admin console with 'capture responses'. They are automatically added as a responder.

    They are simply trying to capture the user's response and share that on their ZenRep site.

  3. When admins review ideas there should be an option to set the idea as "group fundable".

    Setting this requires the admin to enter an amount of money that would cover the development costs.

    Then, any user can click to add funds (you would have to integrate with a payment gateway and paypal) and once the funding total is reached the entire amount is paid to the admin to get the work under way.

  4. Allow smiles and frowns for messages
    the whole thing could be optional (based on admin decision)
    will get more messages if they are quicker
    the kids all use emojis

  5. Currently when users click links to confirm their email addresses or get notified of new activity on their ZenRep site, the dialog opens on their ZenRep site. If your ZenRep Forum is embedded on your actual website, could the dialog open in here instead?

  7. Users could accumulate, possibly controllable by an admin preference, more responses based on how often they reply on messages or submit new topics. This way active users could be rewarded for their efforts.

  9. If an idea was submitted by an admin, or has been addressed in some way by an admin, user moderation has no effect. But the link in the UI sets the expectation that it will have some effect.

  10. Facebook has strict contest rules and I think your tool could actually compete with some of the big contest app players for simple voting based contests.

  11. Once an idea has been closed, I'd like the Vote button to disappear completely instead of being greyed out. It still looks like an active button when it's greyed out, which has been a bit confusing to me.

  12. creating a tag cloud allows users and admins to see which words are being used the most and would be the source for finding what phrases and extracting meaning from large data sets

  13. On my support page, there are two columns - Feedback and Helpdesk. The Helpdesk column gives the user clear choices for help - Contact Us and Knowledge Base. However, the Feedback column has no choices in it. The user is left wondering "How do I leave Feedback?" I had to click on the Knowledge Base link to see the 'Give Feedback' link. Put that link on the Feedback side so the visitor who wants to give feedback can do so. See attached.
