  2. See details behind the stats on the user details page

    On the User Details page I can see the user's NPS rating, number of suggestions, and number of comments. I would like to be able to click those to see the details of each.

  5. Support custom user and account traits with the Identify feature

    You can pass the standard user and account traits, but sometimes you need to pass custom traits.

    For example, your users have two different ID's, and you want both passed as traits.

  6. Remove reponse limitations

    The limited response numbers turned me off to participating in message submission. Why place a limitation?

  8. Allow users to subscribe to suggestions

    I would like to be able to "star" certain suggestions that I want to remember (if I have no more votes but want to keep tabs on interesting suggestions).

  9. Gmail integration - better detection of the customer's email address

    When capturing feedback from an email, it should default to the email addresses that are on the email that is open.
