  1. 1) They are using an Agile template in VSO

    I'm unable to reproduce this with an Agile template on our account. They seem to have a "Requirement" work item type, which I'm unable to reproduce on our VSO account.

  2. Reduce the Weekly customer activity to the last 52 weeks, instead of using idea creation date as the starting point. Also "Average customer activity" doesn't seem to appear at all.

  8. The current requirement for passwords are a bit counterproductive. They make for a password that is very difficult to remember and do not increase the actual strength of the password that much.

    The current requirements are OK except for the one requiring "At least 1 special character". At the moment, I actually choose not to have a password because I know I will forget a password with a special character, and then I will spend numerous attempts getting it right, maybe even resetting the password each time I log in.

  9. Search keywords containing a number seem to be completely ignored, or excluded from the search index. For example, if I search for "3D" or "h1" (with no other words) I get zero search results, even though I know multiple user suggestions exist with these exact terms in the title.

    For some types of software, words containing digits are important terms that help users specify a particular feature. Search results are a mess when one of the main distinguishing words in the feature name is ignored.

  13. I get that highlighting the title for users so they can see which FAQ matches their question makes sense but once they choose the question then it is very distracting to still have each instance of the word(s) highlighted in the answer.

  15. I would like to be able to find the number of new topics created through the widget, as well as the total number of messages that came in through the widget. I would also like to be able to do this without using the API

  16. If you are inviting a large group of contributors, then it's very possible you will need re-invite several at once.

    Right now you have to click through one by one and re-invite, which is too many clicks.

As a company that relies heavily on ZenRep Support tools to provide ticketed support to our customers, it would be nice if ZenRep can implement some form of payment system where customers can buy premium support in the form of credits or pay-per-use system to gain access to our technical assistance.
