  4. It would be great to see further detail in the nps report. As an example I want to see 1 year vs 2 year customers. I would also like to be able to drill into those 1 year detractor ideas. The more flexibility and insight I can gain the better

  5. It would be great to be able to see the account renewal date inside the admin console or be alerted that the account is up for renewal soon.

  6. Be able to change the welcome message in the private forum invitation process to be the same custom message each time so it doesn't have to be copy and pasted each time if you use the same one every time.

  12. As an admin, it seems that for me to manage any kind of users, I would go to the user Icon in the tool bar on the left. Here I an see admin users and their role (although it does not show if their access has been revoke). It is not obvious that I need to go to Settings and then Users & Permissions to manage my internal users (admins, contributors, support)

  13. A customer-facing employee has captured a message from a customer. That employee would like to know when that message's status changes. Then the employee can reach out to the customer to give them an update.

  14. If I view a user profile in the sidebar, their activity summary data is different from the activity summary data that I see in the admin console user inspector. They should match or be clear that they are showing different data.

  15. Right now the query is throwing an "or" statement and not and "and" statement, which is not giving the results needed. Customer wants to see ideas that are in one label and also in another.

  16. When viewing a single idea in the admin console, it would be helpful to have the ability to export all comments and supporters for that idea.

    Currently, the export option is only available when viewing a list of ideas or search/filter results.

  17. Allow admins to embed images inline when updating the status of an idea or messaging users on an idea.

    This allows admins to give users context on the new improvements they rolled out right within the status or message vs. forcing users to click to view a link or article with more details.
